I think that I might have an idea as to why Wincustomize is not running too well... I think you have 2 conflicting index's: index.html and index.aspx. Since the one that is used is the index.aspx, wouldn't it be a good idea to chuck index.html and see what happens?

You have probably seen cool logons like GT3 and the new LongHorn ones, right? With the setup where the main menu thing is in the middle with a scrollbar and just below it is the Power button? Well, I have no clue how to do that, and I would love to use that kind of style in a Theme I'm gonna make.
